Bailee is amazing and easy to work with - very attentive to our requests, and brings the vision to life. She is also very patient and accommodating as requests change and/or we make small tweaks before getting to the final product. I have been working with Big Frog for a little over a year at this point, and it is my go-to company for gear. They have high quality products, and generally, a wide variety of options to fit your needs and budget. Bailee in particular has been very helpful in helping us meet our creative goals while staying within our budget - she is direct and upfront about costs for various add-ons, and makes recommendations based on the way ideas will come together on a final product. Big Frog is timely with their completion -- they have always met my timeline goal, usually proceeding the order at least 1 day or more early. No mistakes ever made on the products - very thorough and detailed throughout the process to avoid errors and miscommunications. I highly recommend Big Frog.
