Warm, friendly atmosphere when entering, ordering, answering phone questions, and they are very willing to listen to customer's design idea and offer and create examples while you are there. They always want to please customers, so they send a picture prior to creating the order and seek customer's "go ahead" or any wanted alterations. I have been a long time customer and highly recommend their artistic creativity ideas and talents. I have, now, moved about an hour away from Raleigh, but it is definitely worth the time to drive and submit any orders I have. I am very grateful for their concern and eagerness to meet customers' needs and wants in a timely manner.
