I am so happy with my choice to have my t-shirts made from Big Frog of Reno. I was in a time sensitive situation, there was a storm in Reno, I live in Owyhee. I needed the t-shirts asap how ever with the storm they were going to be closed the day i was to arrive. However they had someone meet us to pick up our order. The fee for rush delivery was very affordable. And the quality of the t-shirts were not expected. I am beyond pleased and happy with my experience with this business. I would recommend this place over n over again. This is my now go to t-shirt spot even if they are about 600 miles away. They are dependable, fast, and the help i received from Kelyee (Sorry I think i spelled her name wrong) was amazing. I am just in ahhhhh of this store.

I loved everything about this store. I was in search for shirts for my Grammies celebration of life and it was all last min. I googled where I can have shirts printed and even tho I lived all on the other side I drove into town. The experience was amazing from the customer service to the delivery to the custom shirts. I would recommend 100%. I will be back soon to get more custom things done. Very thankful I came across this store. Thank you! Especially during a difficult time. We were on a short time frame to purchase a custom hoodie for our grandson's birthday. Alia worked on a design and promised it would be ready for pick up in time. It actually was ready earlier than expected and they called to let us know we could pick it up. When we got there, we realized the hoodie was probably going to be too small. Also, the color of the graphics did not contrast with the color of the hoodie we selected, so it was difficult to see. Alia not only offered to re-do it, she assured us it would still be ready in time for the birthday party. I offered to pay for the second hoodie, but she insisted there would be no charge. She called us back a day before the party to let us know it was ready. I cannot say enough good things about the service we received, especially since the mistakes with the first hoodie were ours and not hers. I would 100% recommend Big Frog and I will continue to use them for any future needs.

I made a commitment to shop locally this year and chose Big Frog to create a custom T-shirt for my new business, High Frequency Coaching. I wanted to incorporate a scannable QR code on the back so I could promote my business around town, and the entire process was seamless.
Keiley was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She paid close attention to every detail and made sure the placement, sizing, and overall look were exactly right before finalizing the design. I really appreciated how thorough and patient she was throughout the process.
The final product turned out even better than I envisioned. The print quality is excellent and the QR code scans perfectly. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I felt well taken care of.

I recently used Big Frog for a small order of three embroidered company polos, and the experience was fantastic. They were incredibly proactive—they actually adjusted my logo to ensure it would be clearly visible on the shirt material, which I really appreciated. The team is super responsive, friendly, and professional. They met every commitment they made regarding quality and timing. I’ll definitely be back!
