Bethany did such a great job with our tote bags for our Rescue donors...they LOVED them. I also appreciated her extra effort to match the font of the design with the names on the reverse side. Of course, it wasn't just a straightforward order, I had six different options, and she patiently and thoroughly ensured I received the right things. In full disclosure, I mixed up a B and C option, but she fixed it for me. I've been a patron of theirs for years, and Lisa and her team are awesome! 5/5
