I love that the owner is hands on. I had a little hiccup with my order last week and the owner jumped in and did everything she could to make sure I left happy. The owner and staff went way over and beyond to make sure I was happy. Which really wasn't necessary because I love ordering my family vacation trip shirts from them and would not think about going anywhere else. I have been using them since they opened in Selden and have recommended family, friends and community to go to their cute Ribb eddy shop. Big Frog is a great place to get personalized family vacation shirts. My brother was visiting today, and he works for Red Bull, I told him all about Big Frog and he's going to pop in to check you guys out! Thanks for taking care of me Friday and I will definitely be sending pictures of my parents wearing their shirts in Epcot.

Michael was absolutely incredible in helping my son customize an anime sweatshirt for his birthday. He was patient, provided excellent suggestions, and truly took the time to assist him in creating something special. I can’t thank him enough for the wonderful experience!
