Michael was excellent. He designed a great shirt. His communication from the day of the order to pickup was professionalism. It was refreshing to work with someone who cared about the customer rather than reaching for their cellphone every five minutes. I would recommend Big Frog to friends for many reasons. Customer service would be at the top of the list. Nice job!!!

I like your products because you offer a variety of options and quality materials. Your DTF & DTG services are excellent! The quality is just as equal to any leading clothing & designer brands. I also like the fact I can come into the store and have a real talk and consultation with the staff to express my ideas on what I would like to have created. The staff is very inviting and informative and they have become acustom to my style and taste in how I Iike to have things done. Each time I visit it is a learning experience and I am always thrilled with the finished product. I will continue to be a customer and supporter of Big Frog! I have used Big Frog twice now and both times they were wonderful. The customer service and help with design details was top notch. Also the first shirt I had made I have washed a million times and it has barely faded after more than 2 years of washing it! Very impressed and happy with their company and service!

Came in to transfer a picture of a painting my late father in law made for my wife. The associate that helped me went above and beyond to make this the most special gift for my wife. We transferred the picture to a sweatshirt (she recommended the best option) then asked about adding a Winnie the Pooh saying in the empty space. It was the addition that made it the most special gift. My wife cried uncontrollably after I gave it to her. Thank you for caring enough to make this beautiful!
