What was most impressive to me was I was that I was able to order this T-shirt with specialized writing in a special color over the phone and Teresa and Karissa understood exactly what I wanted and made it happen beautifully the shirt was ordered for a friend who is 90 and kind of a snazzy dresser, she went nuts for the color love the design, love the strip writing And the message. “Best Rosie ever “was very touching. And meaningful since this group of friends has been together for over 60 years. Someone even used a picture of the shirt and put it on the front of an album that was put together for Rosie to take with her. I can’t thank you enough. And really touched the heart of the recipient. thank you, Liz Innocenzi

I went into Big Frog, about 20 minutes before close in time, looking for something very special for my daughter, and not realizing how detailed everything was going to be the shirt designer that was there didn’t rush me was very kind and very understanding at what I was trying to capture, I was so apologetic as I was there way after the store had closed, but he didn’t rush me. He took his time and at the end of my visit and looking at the product and what he and I created together he nailed it, and when my daughter opened up that gift she was in tears. So I thank you’re not only for your customer service, not only for your professionalism, but your compassion and your caring heart. You’ve gained a forever customer.
