The staff is willing to stop and help get your file ready to print. After asking for help at 3-4 other printshops, I walked into Big Frog expecting the same response. My files weren't in a format they could work with; my files were one thing or another. One lady even told me I should change it all together and as AI for help. The guys took my stupid word file created it in another program, fit it to a shirt and printed it. Done. And I was very happy not to be criticized about what other companies were doing and how I should do it. This last order was my 4th time around with them and the service still stays the same. Happy to help and ready to print.

We were blown away! I have held our family reunion for more than 10 years, and this was the first year that I heard about one specific item over and over, and it was our Shirts. People who were not even present called and said, "I need a shirt; I heard they felt great and looked amazing". I believe in good customer service and a good quality product, and you all exceeded that. You were excellent throughout the entire process. Operations, Admin, Art/Design, Quality, Payment, and, clearly, Follow-Up. And it didn't stop there - at least three family members want to engage you all in further services. We are happy to have partnered with y'all as our T-shirt provider and I look forward to reaching back out for our next family function!
