This is the first time I used Big Frog and I am completely satisfied with the company. They were very professional, kind, and understanding. King took time over the phone to find just what I was looking for to have printed. He gave me all the information including the price and when the final product would be finished. I was amazed that they had it completed before Christmas when I had only given them a few days. I would highly recommend Big Frog if you need anything printed. My son, with Down's Syndrome, was thrilled to get the towel (which other companies don't do) with his dog's picture on it. He wanted that more for Christmas than anything else.

When I first went in, everyone was so polite and nice. It was very refreshing and they were very professional. I took in a bag to get stitch. It came in and perfect time. Everything was great. No problems. Great great place highly recommend.
