I like the way that the staff helps with suggestions for t-shirts -- like the font, the design. the proper size of letters and placement. The staff is very knowledgeable about more than t-shirts, though. I ordered a custom-made backpack that came out perfectly, thanks to staff suggestions. I also appreciate the courtesy of the Big Frog staff.
