Product is fine. I do feel like there had to have been some type of change in management because it wasn’t the same as a few years ago. Nothing is necessarily wrong, but their communication was off and not as good as it was a few years ago when I dealt with them. I had to call and check in on my order and when I spoke to the guy, he seemed kind of like I was an inconvenience. Again it probably was nothing but it definitely is different than it used to be.

I intially started by calling them to inquire about getting a custom shirt fairly quickly. Steven was amazingly helpful and courteous. When I went to pick it up they were equally as amazing in person and the shirt was awesome! Great service, great product at fair price what more can you ask for
