The service from Big Frog was amazing, I’d absolutely recommend them for your custom printing needs. I was communicating with Nermala and she was extremely helpful, accommodating, and informative. For someone not familiar with all the different printing types she took the time to explain the differences and set my expectations on how long each one typically lasts. I was really amazed on the service and the print quality was great. They printed a large order for me at least a week before promised. This place is amazing, support local small businesses, I’m really glad I did!

Service and performance is very good. I am dissapointed in the latest 2xl shirt for my order is actually small, more like an XL; maybe they didn't pull a premium shirt as I requested. Anyway, maybe the shirt that I got is from Asia as I have found that their sizes run small.

Very professional, quality shirts and quick turnaround. Only issue is I wish the picture were centered higher on the shirt--it was about 4-5" below neckline, and I'm very short, so it looked a little odd. But it was the perfect shirt to wear to our son's 50th birthday party!
