When we moved to Colorado from New Jersey earlier this summer (2021), one of the people I missed most was my bike mechnanic. However, I have found very reliable and capable mechanics at Big Ring. Always "game on" as it relates to technical aspects about the bike and always given back on time for whatever race or event on deck. Very pleased.

She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and is willing to help answer any questions about parts with some super secretive bits of insider knowledge thrown in. The big ring staff is generally super helpful and doesn’t seethe that classic bike shop elitist vibe like most still do. 10/10 would recommend
