My son is a learning disabled adult, who rides his bike a great deal, and depends on Big Sky's great service staff to keep his machine in shape. He is a long-term customer, well-known to the folks at the store, and they take great care of him, and the needs of his bike. When he needs something, the folks know to take care of him, and call me for payment, which we manage by credit card-text now. All works well, and I cannot speak highly enough of Big Sky Cycling, both as a customer-oriented business entity and of the folks there that take care --- not only of the machinery, but the customers, too!
