Jim Barnes got us in with short notice for a quick repair as we traveling in our RV with our bikes from Texas to Alaska. I tried to repair my front brake myself and mistakenly drained the brake fluid reservoir - but Life, the mechanic, was able to quickly repair it as well as finding that I also needed a brake pad. Excellent fast service. Wish they were in Texas so I could use them again! Thanks a million!

Got me in right away to bleed some brakes. Came in from out of town, and wouldn’t have been able to ride with my family otherwise. Great advice on local trails!!

Came in from Butte with a bike I did not purchase there. Got me in w/o appt. And tuned my shifting and was so much better! Not only great service but very helpful on local rides as I came from out of town. Highly recommend this shop and also excellent trails in Helena

We came in with a flat tire on our bike expecting we would need to get into line with the repair shop. Instead, the sales person said he would fix it himself and we could pick it up in an hour. We did not expect such service and really appreciate Big Sky Cycling.
