Kelby was excellent in not only finding the right bike but also making suggestions for all the peripherals. He was not pushy or too opinionated rather shared his experience as a rider and owner of 30 bikes. 😆 We accepted all of his suggestions because of his approach. Also appreciate the ability to bring my bike in after a month as part of the deal. Thank you!

I found your customer service was amazing. I am a retired old granny who for the first time brought my 3-year-old electric bike in for servicing. Even though I purchased the bike online, you gladly took my bike and did an excellent tune-up service to it. Also, you informed me that I had put the handlebar neck on backwards and kindly fixed that for me as well. The gentleman who helped me also found me a helmet that fit and was within my budget. I appreciated all his guidance, knowledge and help loading and unloading my special treasure. I walked away from your business feeling appreciated and cared for. Thank you so much for your kindness and patience for us bike dummies.

We had an incredible experience purchasing a Trek bike for our 11-year-old at Big Sky Cycling, Helena. The staff reached out less than 24 hours after we placed our online order, and when we arrived at the shop, they were fantastic. They took the time to walk our child through everything—from breaking in the brakes to properly mounting the bike. We will definitely be making the trek :) back for all our future maintenance!

Great service for intake, explanation of potential repairs and timely repair completion. Work done appears well done with good function of my refurbished suspension fork. Crew is great at helping with incidental questions/advice as well. Have never had to return a repair that Leif has done-always completed correctly.
