We were riding the Great Divide Trail and all 4 of the group needed service on the bike. It was fantastic service and one of the bike mechanics worked late and brought the bike to the hotel. Great shop, great service and most of all great staff!!!

The Big Sky Cycling Crew works like a very good team, we find them to be knowledgeable and helpful. We received useful information picking out the right bike and correct size and once the bike was built we received fitting and shock adjustments for our size and riding use. We have been customers for many years and for many bikes and have always had great experiences.

I love that this is locally owned and operated. Every time I come in to get something for my bike, I find knowledgeable employees who give me little tips on how to use the item I’ve purchased and how to best install it. We were so pleased with staff knowledge, helpfulness and even a sense of humor! I found the exact bike I was looking for and they got us on our way to biking fun around Helena. Would I recommend Big Sky Cyclery? You bet it would!
