Big Sky Cycling has amazing staff. Employees are experts on biking. They provide advice. They recognize me. They are kind. They always do a little extra when my bike is in the shop. (Wipe off the mud from my frame, top my tires off, install some gadget I have purchased.) I love the staff.

Even if they can never remember my name (I'm happy to be known as Blue Pivot with Orange Grips), I always enjoy my visits to the shop. The work is top-notch, and they always take the time to help me with anything I need.

I called from my winter home in Az about the TREK VERVE+2 bike. The staff was very informative and friendly. The bike was in stock and on sale. I let it be known I wanted it. They said they’d hold it and I made payments through the winter months. Then in April i came in, paid the balance and took it back to Boulder, Mt. The staff walked me through all the features of this bike and let it be known they would be there for me if I had any problems. There was never any rush when I was in the shop and all my questions were answered. I LOVE THIS BIKE!!! And I love BIG SKY CYCLERY!
