I bought my first mountain bike secondhand (pre-loved) over 9 years ago from Big Peaks, and then a brand new one after I’d ridden the old into the ground, and have always found Big Peaks’ continuing after-sales service, help and advice absolutely first rate, friendly, practical, pragmatic, cost-effective, and most importantly not at all condescending to a non-technical bike numpty like me. I love ‘em.
