I purchased my bike here and they’ve always been good on servicing it. They don’t even require me to make an appointment! Last time I had to wait 15 minutes while they reprogrammed my bike. They’re very accommodating.

Libby is wonderful, so helpful and knowledgeable and just a nice person. We drove all the way from Grand Rapids MI to Angola IN because this was the only place that had the bike I wanted. They put fenders on it and had it ready to go when we arrived and showed us how to use the app and gave a quick lesson on the bike. Highly recommend!

Love Bike and Soul, they ALWAYS GO ABOVE AND BEYOND, years after the sale they still treat you like family! I have been to a lot of bike shops, and they by far are the most friendly and helpful !!
