We looked at electric bicycles at a couple places…but had no intention of buying anywhere but Bike and Soul…you guys always treat Kim and I like family! I really like my Townie…and made Kim take it for a ride…(she was hesitant because she knew it would only make her want one also) She rode it around the lake…came back…said yep! I’m gettin one too! Bike and Soul staff are committed to satisfying their customers. They take interest in your needs to find the best solution for you. We purchased a mirror for my wife's bike this past visit and they provided a new mirror that was already assembled to make the task easier for us when we got home. Staff are friendly, personal, informative and not pushy. These folks know what they are doing and do it well.
