I have been mountain biking since the late 80's and this was one of the best bike-buying experiences I’ve ever had. I bought a Specialized Turbo Levo S-Works from Bike Barn—my first e-mountain bike—and Greg walked me through every step. He answered all my questions, helped configure the perfect setup, and shipped the bike to California packed like fine china. When my local mechanic had questions during assembly, Brian at Bike Barn was immediately available and super helpful. Later, when the battery cover broke (a known issue), they quickly handled the warranty and shipped a replacement part. Professional, knowledgeable, and very honest—Greg and the Bike Barn team are top-notch. Highly recommended!
