My experience with Bike Barn has been fantastic. Greg (The owner) is awesome and always makes sure that I get my trike back when promised... Bike Barn and the entire team; Brian, Mary, and for sure Greg is dedicated to the customers best interest.
In my case, they worked on a E-Trike was not only went through the entire trike, but more importantly, installed up graded shifter and detailer...as well as hydraulic brakes.
They improved the safety of the trike my putting in a much higher quality braking system to improve the stopping distance and stronger pistons in the brakes themselves.
If you are looking for a Bike Store that is totally and completely concerned about its customers then the folks at Bike Barn is the place to go....

These guys have good service and are always nice. They tuned up my stumpjumper in a couple of days and I just walked in. I have purchased bikes there too and they know their stuff and have a selection of quality products. I will use them again and highly recommend them.
My friends have been going to Bike Barn for a long time. I’ve only heard great things about this business. I purchased my Electra, Townie two years ago from Bike Barn. The guys all know what they’re talking about and give the best recommendations for me. I just brought my bike up from Chandler to have the tubes replaced. Jon reviewed my bike and gave me an eta for pick up same day.
For me, the best experience about the business is interacting with your team. I don’t know what I’m talking about, but they do and they review what it is and how to fix it and l actually feel like I’m learning about my bike. Great experience thank you!
We visited the Bike Barn, complete novices on modern bike technology. (Think 50 years since we had bought a bike for ourselves.) We were treated very kindly, all of our questions were answered and the perfect bikes were shown to match our needs. We ended up buying two new Specialized bikes that day. I believe our salesman was John, but my apologies if I have his name wrong.
Two days later I realized that I had misplaced my receipt, plus needed assistance with another issue. The manager, Mary, went out of her way to accommodate my needs.
We know they will be our go to shop from here on out. We love giving our business to this small and local business.
