Both Greg and Mary were both knowledgeable and easy to do business with. They were patient with some tough fitment challenges for a mountain bike purchase. I highly recommend this store for anyone that is interested in finding a home town bike shop!

I will return to Bike Barn for sales and service. I ordered a bike that was delivered to their store. They went above and beyond. Checked tires, got my seat and handle bars to correct levels and gave me some instructions. They went above and beyond, even though I purchased directly from the company. I hope to use them in the future.

The staff is professional and knowledgeable. Bike Barn provides a welcoming environment and takes time to answer questions in detail. Very prompt service. They are far from the closest bike shop to me, but I spend the extra time and effort because of the great care they provide. Highly recommend.

I get excellent service at the Bike Barn. They always fit me in when I need it and I can rely on the repairs they make to my bikes. I am a 200+ LB rider and I ride Trail 100 and Brown's Ranch every week. My bikes are pushed to the limit and having Bike Barn service my bikes when I need it, keeps me on the trails. Their sales team is friendly and knowledgeable.

Easy straight forward sale. Packaged well upon arrival. Would have gave all 10stars bike shipped with a defective dropper that will require additional downtime. Could have been found at bike setup

My wife and I needed to accessorizes our e-bikes, so we rode them down to the bike barn and they took great care of us. While we waited, we got exactly what we wanted and they installed in minutes. They didn't have one accessory we wanted, but they order for us, called us promptly and installed for us all within the time period they promised. Great Job!!!!!!
