First time using bike chain at Mount Ambrose. The team were hugely helpful when I turned up with a canyon aeroad that hasn’t been ridden for over a year! Lots of advice given to me and clearly a hugely knowledgable and helpful team. The shop is full of the best gear too! I’ll be back soon!!!

Personal service- there was no rush and found Dan’s attention to detail great when making sure my mtb shoes fitted. Guys were nice to talk to and very knowledgeable and friendly. Loved all the memorabilia on the walls.

Fantastic service from this establishment. I bought an electric bike using the cycle to work scheme and the process has been easy and painless. The only issue that I have had is with the courier company who for some reason can’t find my address. Dan from the bike company has been on there case and will be hand delivering my bike shortly. So I highly rate this company.
