On this occasion it was only the "service" I required. Having snapped the chain on my Trek Excalibur 9 during a ride and needing an urgent fix. I contacted the shop who said they were busy but could replace the chain if I came in soon. I also realised that the chain cassette was looking really worn. Once at the store the engineer promptly got me all repaired and back on the road. The usual Bike Chain Ricci service. Many thanks Leonard Young

I was served by Dan and the overall service presented to me was great and knowledgeable. Nothing seemed too much trouble and answered all of my questions.
