Very helpful staff. I had a bike that had been sitting in a garage for a number of years. It needed a new tire and tube as well as a general tune up and cleaning. They service mechanic got tge bike up on the stand and gave it a good once-over before making a suggestion about service packages. The mechanic was knowledgeable and clear with what he recommended. Besides the tube, which was obviously needed, they did not try to upsell and the prices reasonable for the service. The bike was ready within the week, looking and riding great. When I went to pick it up, I bought a spare tube (always be prepared) and the only thing they asked was it I had the tools to change the tire (which I did). The store has a good selection of bikes and ebikes - a lot of Trek brand but other options, too. I can't speak to the sales staff, but those employees I dealt with were helpful and polite. I will definitely go back.

Amazing service, Kevin and his team are extremely knowledgably with all of the major brand bikes, group sets, wheels, ect. They were able to figure of the issue with my ENVE hub. The wheel was repaired within less than a week and ready to go! I will always take my bikes here without any hesitation.. highly recommended!

Just got my Trek Check Point back from Bike Doctor SP. I had new front and rear brake disks and pads installed by Doug as well as new handle bar tape. Doug did an outstanding job!
