Excellent Service – Worth the Trip I brought my 2018 Kona Zone LTD in for Level Two service and a broken derailleur hanger. The team at Bike Doctor Arnold did an outstanding job—everything works like new. I’ve been to shops in D.C. and Waldorf, but none got it right—in fact, they made it worse. Even though I live in Southern Maryland, I’ll continue coming here for major repairs. It’s rare to find this level of expertise and attention to detail. Highly recommended!
