The people in the service department are top notch. They only fix what needs to be fixed and they do not have you do things that aren’t necessary. I trust them to be honest with me about my bike. They are also very efficient and get the work done e when they say they will. Very friendly and a pleasure to do business with!

I recently bought an electric bike from bike doctor. The salesperson did an excellent job of explaining what he thought I needed. After just two rides, I am ecstatic. He recommended upswept handlebars that would allow me a more upright position. Love it!

I brought my daughter’s first bike in to get the back wheel changed out to the third wheel which only came as the wheel, no tire. Staff was super knowledgeable and helpful. My first time there and I felt welcomed. They advised they were jammed packed with appointments but it was an easy turn around so it would be ready the next day. I got a call no less than 1.5 hours later saying it was done and ready for pickup. Yes, this was a small job, but the whole experience was nice and I’ll definitely be back for any bike needs

The technicians did an expert job of modifying my Trek DS2 with longer brake lines and shifting cables to accomodate a different handlebar. Service is always excellent at Arnold.
