Daniel was very professional and polite on the phone when I wanted to add a kickstand to my new bike order. But the whole experience from shopping, ordering the bike, and having it delivered as assembled to my house was a very pleasant experience! I would recommend this bike shop to others. Not realizing they opened at 10:00 a.m. I just happened to show up exactly that moment when they were opening the door. I brought a bike in to help a friend out with tires and some other repairs. they got me right in and were able to get it back to me in the same day. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The store was well stocked with a variety of bicycles for everyone's particular needs.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. We were waited on promptly and our questions were answered. The bike was in stock and a friendly neighbor was able to pick it up for me. My son has had the joy of riding it. I highly recommend this business. I prefer to support local businesses when I can. This one is outstanding.

Tim was extremely helpful picking out and fitting a bike helmet for our daughter. He went above and beyond, and the experience was worth its weight in gold compared to blindly buying one online and hoping for the proper fit! Will be recommending to all my mom friends!
