The Service Dept. is really good. I recently brought my Domane 5AL Gen.4 in to have a frayed shifter cable for the front derailleur replaced. The repair was completed in the time that was specified and at a fair price. Now I no longer have any shifting issues.

I brought my bike in and the tech said it would be a week. I said, I can't wait a week. He put the bike up on a stand, did an immediate (thorough) diagnostic inspection and texted me in TWO days that my bike was ready for pick up. How do you get service like that? Last year I brought it in with a flat tire. . . which had just occurred while out riding. The flat was fixed immediately while I waited. The nicest friendliest most professional staff.
