I haven't ridden a bike in at least 10-15 years, after finally deciding I wanted to get into biking, I recently purchased a bike off of FB marketplace that was a little too high. After a quick stop at Bel Air Bike Doctor, I was helped by Tom who not only helped me with purchasing a new shorter saddle rod (the original one would not go down any lower and had a shim to fake the correct width!), he even helped me make sure the bike was in good condition while I considered if I needed a full tune up! Tom was such a nice guy and explained everything in detail so that I, an extreme novice, was able to understand !
They have made such a good impression on this novice biker, and I hope that I will eventually purchase a bike from them as I get better! However, until then, I will make sure I buy all of my gear and accessories from them! My next purchase will probably be a new seat lol
