Since Day 1 Bike Doctor Gambrills has been excellent. I purchased my bike there, have annual tune ups and/or repairs, purchased products and had item installed. The staff is knowledgable, friendly, and extremely helpful. Top quality service and products and never any pressure when giving advice or recommendations. I always enjoy my visits and their genuine interest and care from all the staff. Makes biking fun and safe. I recommend them often and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Attentive, friendly, knowledgeable - people who ride bikes. Though the final cost was more than I anticipated, I didn't feel as if John was trying to scam me or talk me into what I didn't want. And the cleanup of my Belle, she looks great! Thanks to Mark, too, for getting her ready for the season.

I had lights put on my e-bike. The staff even showed me how to turn them on and off which I really appreciated.

The PM/Repair Bike Service was good with some minus clicks. Bike Intaker appears to have been excellent, but upon pickup some required essential details were left out relating to repair by Data Intake Repr. The Charge Out Repr/Data Intake is the same individual, but he have displayed omission of vital info relating to PM/Repair of bikes being dropped off. I do feel the Warranty Coverage of 30 days is insufficient, and should be extended to 90 days base on the Repair Service Charges, Status Report to Consumer Customer regarding bikes condition evaluation should not be delayed for 3 weeks prior to PM/Repair go ahead. Consumer Customer had to call for status report on the bikes.
