I came to drop off my bikes, and it was 5-10 minutes after they officially closed; however, one of the guys let me in and helped me to determine what needed to be done to get the two bikes back up and running. He did not rush me and did not try to upsell me. He provided amazing customer service without coming across as judgmental or pushy. I picked the bikes up a week or two later but they had been done in 48 hours. I'm excited to see my wife and kids out riding this summer.

I purchased a beautiful new bike for my wife and added a new bike rack as well. Ben was awesome, he was patient and super helpful! He even helped me put the new rack on my SUV and I carried the new bike home on the new rack! My experience was fantastic, I will do all my bike business with bike doctor and hopefully with Ben! Thanks guys!
