Your Team in both the Crofton and Annapolis stores were excellent. I went to the Annapolis store and they did not have the bike in stock that I saw on line and wanted but did refer me to the Crofton store where I purchased a suitable bike. Ashley and her team did an exceptional job of quickly preparing the bike and got me out the door is record time which I greatly appreciated. The only area for improvement is with the web site that indicated that the bike on sale that I was interested in was in stock or readily attainable....it was not available. I ended up purchasing a more expensive bike that was in stock. I would hope this was not a sales ploy to get me into the store. Please update the website in real time with inventory changes.

Fantastic team members, very knowledgeable and they didn’t make us feel rushed at all. We went there 3 times and spent over an hour each time looking at different e-bikes and accessories with the staff helping us find our perfect bikes with NO pressure at all! They even helped us get fitted for helmets as well as put on our bike rack, while teaching us, and loaded the bikes so we had a good idea how to do it ourselves next time! We just got our e-bikes last night and have already ridden over 50 miles!! 10/10 Definitely recommend Crofton Bike Doctor!!

All the people at The Bike Doctor are friendly and very knowledgeable, real experts on the mechanics of bikes. I received a very thorough explanation regarding my drive train and why it was behaving the way it was. I was given the option to repair or not without any pressure and that to me is significant. Also they only asked me once if I wanted to replace my 40 year old bike, which also impressed me, but they could see I had taken good care of it, so it may just last another 40 years, who knows! They also gave me a good explanation of the new disc brakes. So they are experts on both the old and the new technology, are not pushy sales people and did all the repairs on my old bike perfectly! When I first got there they did a thorough analysis before giving me an estimate and in the end the final price was spot on. I got new tires and thorough tune up. I'm very happy with the repairs and thrilled that I'm riding my bike again!! Thank you Bike Doctor of Crofton!!

Crofton Bike Doctor's customer service is outstanding. When I called, the gentleman was very courteous and seemed very eager to help. When I arrived at their shop with my brand new bike, Ashley was also professional, courteous, and genuinely interested in assisting me with my needs. I told her what I needed and that I had bought the bike for my birthday, 30 days prior, and hadn't been able to ride it because the adjustments needed to be made. By coincidence, my birthday was on that same day. Ashley made some great recommendations to resolve my issues with my brand-new bike. She also informed me that the wait time for the work to be done would be 2-3 days. This was less than half the time quoted by the other bike shops I contacted. However, this is where I was sold and Crofton Bike Doctor became my only go-to bike shop. By the time I returned home, about 3 hours later after dropping off my bike, I received a text from Ashley that my bike was done and ready for pickup. Ashley remembered me stating that I had bought the bike for my birthday and that it was my birthday that day. She wanted to ensure I would be able to ride my new bike on my birthday. That made my day! This is what I know is TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Crofton Bike Doctor goes the extra mile to make you feel appreciated. They set the bar high for customer satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a bike or needing their bike serviced. Crofton Bike Doctor provides world-class service.
