Very knowledgeable, patient and thorough in explaining various products I am interested in. Also very helpful in checking with Santa Cruz Bicycles as to when my new bike will be shipped. When I have emailed questions, I get almost immediate responses. Keep up the excellent work!!

The helpful staff and timely service. Although there are other shops much closer to my home, Bike Doctor Frederick is well worth the drive, as I know they will have in stock or order what I need and/or take care of any repairs with great care and skill. This is a top notch shop!

I bought my first bike from Bike Doctor Frederick in 2011 and have remained a loyal customer ever since because of the outstanding customer service from Brian and his team. They are all well trained in their specialties and listen to my needs and wants in order to find the right solution. You will be greeted as you enter the shop and well taken care of whether you need a new bike, a component upgrade, a repair or an accessory. And they don’t push the most expensive products or things you don’t need. I recommend them to all my cycling friends.
