I feel that I can trust you to do your best to service my bike. I own a bike that I purchased from you several years ago and I like the lifetime tune-up. My most recent bike is an e bike. All employees were very helpful. I have limited knowledge about the type of bike I was looking to buy, and the employees were all very informative and respectful. I felt very welcome as a new biker. Upon pick up, the employees were again very helpful and respectful, helping me load the bike into my vehicle and making sure to answer all my questions.

My order arrived with small parts that were missing due to damage in transit. Brian went above and beyond to correct the problem and was able to get me the parts that were missing even though the product I ordered had been discontinued. I’m very happy with their customer service and I will be buying from them again.
