Great bike shop, staff a all friendly and very helpful. Theyy stand by their products and services, they will talk with you about bikes and never make you feel like you need to get going. I love visiting, I don't live nearby so that speaks volumes on how good they are that I will travel from Montgomery County to support their store.

When I ordered the bike online someone called me to discuss when it was needed by because it wasn't in stock. I appreciated that because it was a birthday present. In the store they were very friendly and professional. I bought a water bottle holder and they put it on for me right there while I paid.

Top notch! Every time I come to the store I get immediate, expert service and guidance. There have been a number of times when I've had a question, Trae checks into it can calls me right away. I attended the workshop last night and was very impressed with the knowledge of all the instructors. And, I couldn't be happier with the new Santa Cruz Heckler SL I purchased from you this summer!
