I was very pleased with everything. I brought my husband's mountain bike to be refurbished for my son. My husband passed away and it was a keepsake for him. I brought the bike to another bike store and the guy told me I could get a new bike instead of getting this fixed. He missed the whole point. I brought to you guys and you immediately told me it might not be as good but they would look at it and let me know. They got back to me with a price which I agreed on, then Christmas hit, the ice storm and it took me forever to pick it up but it was no problem. I highly recommend them! Thank you! Bike looked great!

Nick was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with explaining the differences between bike models, how geometry differs with different ride types, and gave me confidence I was making the right choice. I didn’t feel any pressure at all to walk out with all the “latest and greatest”, he was very straightforward with his suggestions and the transaction was a breeze. I’d definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to make a purchase!
