Brian gave me a good estimate and recommendation for my 2006 Trek 7200. All the associates were very helpful and when I picked up I noticed the grips had not been replaced, but I believe it was Brad who helped me. He took care of the issue right away. Thank you for the good service!

This was the first time I’ve been into this bike doctor, and was greeted right away. I had an idea of what I was looking for, and the guy helping me was knowledgeable on my questions. He was patient and laid back. Had basically everything I needed, he got me all set up.

Everyone is super friendly, and willing to assist whenever I need a part or advice. BD has always been great, but there seems to be an infusion of maturity with Brad and Brian now in customer facing. Their involvement makes me believe there has been a change in ownership, too!

I've known about Bike Dr for years now but recently had the chance to try them out. Just so happens I was close to their Annapolis location and getting ready to take a nice ride until....my tire wouldn't hold air. Not to worry, I carry a spare tube - the tube had a hole in it also ( how did that happen) . Jump in the car and off to the Bike Dr who installed a new tube in the tire and sent me on my way with a spare tube to boot!!!

I went in to request service to put a seat, that I brought with me, on to my bike. Brad helped me without hesitation. He was terrific in answering questions and sharing various products with me! I left with everything I needed and he has ordered another product I requested! GREAT service and knowledge!!!
