The guys working there were VERY helpful in helping me think through my biking needs. Super patient and very knowledgeable. They were so far from just order takers, which is what you usually get at other retailers. I got this kind of help from 2 folks there. I think that one was named Nick. They helped me get more performance out of my current bike with tips on equipment enhancements, posture, and pacing. They also shared recommendations on possible ebike upgrades that would enhance my biking experience and technology that they found helpful. Overall, I had a great experience and plan to return soon.
