Bike Doctor's Waldorf, Maryland location has an awesome environment and staff to boot! Chef's kiss indeed!! The store has plenty of accessories and supplements to fit any cyclist's need. I bought my first REAL bicycle here which was a hybrid Cannondale. Then, once I graduated to my road bike, I got fitted and was ready to roll. The staff are very approachable, kind and knowledgeable... not arrogant and snooty like many other bicycle shops. So much eye candy and a great place to come in and learn while talking shop with riders and staff alike. It's almost like a family atmosphere. I've never had a bad experience at this store and so if anyone is in the need of a bicycle and in the Southern Maryland area... Come to Bike Doctor of Waldorf

I like that Bike Doctor will access your bike and make the necessary tune up annually without charging you a fee, this is the service that comes with purchasing a bike from them. Now that Trek will be taking over there will most like be a charge to have your bike looked at annually, even if you buy a Trek bike from them.

I called to inquire about a bike listed on their website that was on sale. The employee that answered the phone was pleasant to speak with and verified that the bike was in stock. He offered to pull the bike from the floor room and hold it in the back so I could pick it up in a few days. That is great customer support. Thanks!
