Trek bicycles are my favorite brand since they are known to be one of the best bikes out in the world today. I am a former Trek owner and am satisfied to owning 1 again. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of bike products and did help me pick out the bike I wanted and a helmet. If and when I need help with my bike, I know I can trust Bike Gallery to give me that assistance. I’m still waiting for my purchase to be delivered and look forward to getting out and riding.

Sorry to leave you go. Your Beaverton shop was excellant conpaired to your Lake Oswego location. LO location was nothing but problems. Glad I found you Beaverton location. I recommend promoting your bike service managerin Beaverton be promoted. I would hate to loose him but maybe he could shape up other problem locations. (If you have any) Looking forward to working with the New Trek ownership. That is all I own in cycles. Lawrence D'Arcy

I had a tune-up with the bike - a rather nice bike at that... persons were knowledgable and very friendly. The snowstorm we had disrupted schedule of repair and I was really impressed to get a call from the store manager telling me the bike would be delayed a few days (which wasn't a problem.) And finally, I thought the bottom bracket might need to be replaced but instead of taking advantage of me and selling me "more" the technicians overhauled the existing one and tested it and encouraged me to ride it for a month and see if the sound I was hearing continues to exist.

I bought a set of Shimano cleats cheaper than I could get on any website. I never buy bike stuff online unless there’s a special need. Bike Gallery is hard to beat for prices and service.

Elizabeth was very helpful going through all the details of the bike options I was considering ! I ended up with the verve 3 electric bike .. she was beyond patient and gave me time to think about all my options ! All of the staff I talked to over the many visits and calls to the store were also very helpful ! Yes I strongly recommend this store and Elizabeth! Thank you!
