Brian was very friendly and courteous with me during the this trying time of the pandemic. He was not pushy yet was efficient and speedy with the process so he could get to the next task, being it either with me or the next customer. Love my new bike!
As a grandmother of 9 children, your employees have guided and helped me every step of the way to select the correct products to meet my grandchildren’s needs. They were kind and knowledgeable of all the products I was introduced to. Thank you, we need more businesses like yours.
The initial man “Daren” I spoke to in the entrance of the store was very rude, short and did not respond to me when I said “what a great selection of bicycles i’ve never been here before.” I almost left right then and there. But fortunately for you guys I needed my bike fixed and that is why I was there. The two gentlemen that worked in the back that actually repair the bikes John and a younger man were the most polite helpful people I’ve ever met. You have made a forever custom bar somebody needs to talk to downer Daren though, To put things in perspective Im a 33-year-old woman smart/ nice women and had no problem spending whatever I needed to put my bike back into tiptop shape. Hope this helps. I was in the store in 3/17/20 at about 2:45 pm.
Steve knows his stuff and explained features in a mutual dialogue, not a sales pitch. He had me at "hybrid", "disc brakes" and "adjustable handle bars", and then went on to show me all the other features so I was able to be confident with my informed decision.
The man who helped me when I went back to buy it and then later to pick it up was also as good Steve from that part of the transaction. Mike? Apologies for not remembering.
Side note, when I told people where I got my new shiny purchase they all said, "Oh I love Bike Gallery!"
