The store employees were incredibly friendly and welcoming with service being completed quickly and thoroughly. The only negative was a $29 service charge to route one new shifting cable, which I didn't realize would be so expensive given how it was quite a quick job.
The staff was very friendly immediately when I entered the store. I was able to hand them my bike and they had me all fixed up and out the door in under 10 minutes. Additionally, the store had all the items I needed and I found a few extras that I didn't need!
