Great service. Caring staff. Excellent work. Staff knows our family and our needs. Super responsive to timelines for service on upcoming bike tour timelines. Staff has gone out of their way for assistance on reviewing my touring repair kits, help on packing/unpacking bikes in boxes for touring.

What I like best is the staff and their helpful, knowledgeable advice. Gabe has been incredibly easy to talk to about product and never makes me feel like I’m asking stupid questions! He is hands down the best mechanic on top of that, the Bike Gallery Hollywood is very lucky to have him.

Zak did a great job on my bike fit! He is incredibly knowledgeable and was very attentive to what I was looking for when being fit on my bike, and kept working until it was perfect for me. My bike is much more comfortable and faster now. I would absolutely recommend him/Bike Gallery to anyone who is looking for a bike fit in the area!

Bought a Saris trainer online. Picked up at Hollywood. Salesman that helped was nice. Answered questions. My wife took it back to Lake Oswego -- thought it didn't work. The salesman there was a tool. He did get it working for us, but treated by wife very condescendingly. We've actually purchased two bikes from the LO location and several other items...not to mention tune ups.
