Trevor and the rest of the staff were fabulous! This is my second bike purchased from Bike Gallery. One recommendation is to encourage all bike gallery stores to search store inventory across all stores vs only theirs. I went to another location & test rode a small to realize I needed a medium. Instead of looking elsewhere they put me on a wait list. I assumed there were none in all the stores. I wanted to make sure had to call around to find a medium on my own.
Other than that they are a great place to buy a bike.
My wife and I are in the market for 2 e-bikes. On Sunday 02-21 we visited Westmoreland after the Sandy street store. Vastly different experiences at the 2 stores. At Westmorland we were welcomed as we entered, allowed to shop as a family, given extremely professional, personal attention. Ended up spending $172.24 on invoice[PHONE NUMBER REMOVED][PHONE NUMBER REMOVED]8 on riding accessories. Kudos to Nathan and the crew at Westmorland! We are finalizing our bike selection and they are likely to get our order.
The experience at the Sandy store was the exact opposite. We came there because Beaverton told us Sandy had the helmet we wanted. Greeted by a sign of "rules of Engagement", we were not allowed to shop as a family, shortly after we entered together I was asked to leave the showroom to wait my turn in the lobby. When we asked for the helmet we were told it is not in stock and the feeling we got was the clerk was done helping us. No offer was made to order it or show us other helmets or ask us if we needed anything else, like say maybe $6500.00 in e bikes we intend to purchase. Westmorland may have saved this order for you. We intend to avoid the Sandy location so as not to relive the experience.
Came in with a solution and they double checked to make sure that it was the right and best choice for my money. Really appreciated that kind of service.

Friendly inviting knowledgeable staff. I really enjoyed working with Parker on evaluating my bike. It had a frame crack he identified the first time I came in, and recommended a company to take it to for repair. Which I did. Then when I brought it back to BG Parker quickly got the bike turned around with the tune-up. Great services!
I found and purchased the bike I've been looking for as a retirement gift to myself at Bike Gallery at the Westmoreland location. Both gentlemen that assisted me were extremely helpful!! Even to the point of assisting with my bike rack that I've had for 4 years but never used. They took extra time to make sure I received all the help I needed. I highly recommend this store!!!
