I shopped around on line for an Electra Cruiser, I wound up getting an Electra Townie with fenders and lights. Robby was very knowledgeable and courteous on the phone, enough so that I drove down to look at a bike He had on display. I ended up ordering one in and picked it up a couple days later.

I liked meeting the staff at Bike and Hike. They were friendly and helpful. Could you offer a Bicycle Repair 101 class? I would like to learn how to adjust brakes, adjust gears, change a tire and the such. I need to know what levers I can mess with on my bike and what I should leave alone. I had a very old Schwinn ladies bike checked over and had a couple items replaced and new tires and tubes. I was very pleased with the results and price and speed of the service. I have always believed the getting a good bike for kids and adults is very important for safety and dependability.! Would highly recommend Bike and Hike!!!

Bike & Hike was a lifesaver for us, had a bike rack issue while traveling, they stayed open late for me, assembled the bike rack, made sure it worked. Crisis averted. Highly recommend!
