Your customer service is exceptional! My bike was ready and Cody did everything he knew to educate me about the bike. The shop was an hour from home but worth every minute. I want to thank Christ and everyone else for such a positive experience.

Jeff was very knowledgable and accommodating to fix the brakes on my wife's new beach cruiser (wasn't purchased at Bikeline). the bike now rides, and brakes, like it should! i haven't been in the shop in a few years, but it's nice to see their service is still first rate! tom

I have complete trust and peace of mind using Bike line because of multiple positive and not a single negative experience over the years. Some repairs I have the knowledge and tools to do myself, but I don't because of Bike Line's fairness and expertise.

The selection and prices of the bikes are very reasonable, and the staff is extremely helpful. Jeff and Chris were both wonderful helping with the process of getting new tires, maintenance, and investing in new bikes. Very pleased with the experience and service as well as the bikes available at this location.
