The staff was very helpful, and patient with letting me try different bikes. They also went out of their way to help me find the best fit for what I wanted, what would work, and what I could afford. I definitely will be back again.
When I bought my Electra bike 4 years ago, I signed up for the 5-year maintenance plan. The staff always schedules the yearly maintenance promptly when I call. They do a very thorough job checking the bike over and helping with any questions or issues you may have. The bike is always done when promised or before. Excellent service on the bike and excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

My Specialized e-bike was in need of repair. The bike was still under warranty which necessitated that Specialized approve the repairs and send the parts. Jeff, the person at Bike Line who was in charge of the repair, did an incredible job in fixing the bike. He kept me up to date regarding the repair status, was patient with the long process in getting parts, and was technically extremely competent.
I recommend Bike Line wholeheartedly.
I'm very happy with my bike's annual service. The staff did a wonderful job asking questions and determining my needs. The bike now performs much better.
They helped fix my sons bike right on the spot, and because of their customer service when my older son was trying out a new bike in the store, we bought him a bike that they just had traded in. They were amazing and you don’t get service like that very often anymore.

The shop owner, chris should be proud of what he has created....a place where you will be welcomed and treated with respect.
Chris Zorger is actively working on getting all his employees and associates on board with his vision and mission. It’s a work in progress but the effort is evident.
