Service was fast and well done.

Service - really great. Had problem with a valve stem, brought the bike in. Visual check by Adam and since I put on some miles on the bike, agreed to replace the tires. Tried the puncture resistant tires - put on the same day which was Sunday. Gave it a 20 mile work out on Monday. Not a good ride. Brought the bike in the same week. (I don't know the fellow's name) But he listened to my concern and agreed on an update for smoother tires. Surprisingly the tires were replaced while I got gas for the car. Paid for the upgraded tires and tried them out the next day. What a difference in speed and time (on the + side) on the ride. Everyone was extremely helpful and made sure I was satisfied. Keep up the good work!
