You guys are always super helpful with whatever we need. Years back, you bailed me out when a cheapo Walmart bike that I was assembling broke a couple of days before Christmas. I bought our first Trek from you for my daughter for Christmas and we haven't looked back. We go to you for anything bike related now. The staff was friendly and very attentive. Offered a choice of products with different price options. My bike was done very quickly, I was actually surprised. Will be using them again. Here’s hoping they do a roadside maintenance class for us novice riders to deal with emergency fixes while out riding. Can’t wait to get back on the road.
