I came in for a fitting with Tim. What a great experience. He took his time with me. Never felt as if I was being rushed. Everything he did was explain as to why it was being done. I will be going to RAGBRAI in a couple of weeks. Originally I was scheduled for a later date, but this date could not be kept after all due to a scheduled closing of the store. Tim reached out and ensured I was taken care off before I leave for RAGBRAI. During the fitting he made it cleared that if I didn’t like something to please say something and he would readdress. While this never happen with me. Was nice knowing he was willing to do what was needed to ensure things were great. Will definitely recommend Tim to anyone I know needing a bike fit.

I'm happy with the experience. In two different interactions, both Jeremy and Ian took time to engage my perspective, consider my perspective, and resolve any misunderstanding that I may have expressed. More importantly, they took the time to resolve my underlying problem. They respected that I like my bike (for various reasons) and I want to resolve some problems with my bike. They proposed some ideas and they were receptive when I mentioned that I had already attempted some of those ideas without success. I also proposed ideas and they explained to me why they're not good ideas. I like that. It's difficult to find a bike shop that respects that I want to learn about the bike and attempt my own basic repairs while also respecting the expertise of the bike shop. Thank you.

I thought Tim was very professional. He took time to analyze my riding style and techniques. He suggested tweaks to the bike setup and personal gear. I believe I received a value for the time I spent with him. I would recommend anyone who rides, needs to spend time with this process to improved their riding experience.
