I brought my wife's bicycle to the Urbandale location to get a flat tire fixed. The store wasn't busy at that moment, and the staff members were able to get the tire fixed on the spot while I waited.

I get consistently good service from Bike World. The employee set expectations on a 3 day turn around on getting a broken spoke fixed and tightening the spokes on both rims. . They exceeded that by having my bicycle ready the next day and did the repair for a very small fee. Great job on that! I wasn't even expecting or asking for a 1 day turn around. There was just one thing I'm unsure about. I requested they lube the chain; but that wasn't included on the intake ticket printout when I picked up my bicycle so not sure if that was done. Or maybe they looked at it and thought the chain was still OK.
