I arrived. Greeted by friendly staff great 👍. I stated what I was there for. Great customer skills. They had choices of the products I come to see, buy, and take with me. Really appreciate this feature of a business. Call me old fashioned. However it may be . Still a fact. You've earned my business. I asked about saddle bags I'd seen online. Stated they would order. Give them the picture ,part number, ordered paid and out the door I went. You have great employees. Looking forward to those bags I've bought many things. To arrive home unstrap from behind me. thinking where did this go. where did I lose that at. A big thumbs up, the whole team was more than willing to take the time to work with me so that I could get an e bike that would fit me and custimize it for my specific needs and wants.
