Got me in with no apt and had new tires put on while I was at work and they were done the next day. Friendly service (Sterling) for pick up and drop off. Best bike shop in the Des Moines area!

The bike technicians and staff have always been very helpful and accommodating when we’ve gone to the store. I had an appointment for my bike repair but needed to accelerate it and they were able to find time to do that with some flexibility. Great communication too related to my bike repair.

The service support was excellent as well as the predisposition to help. We arrived to Des Moines due to the 70.3 with two bikes that needed some service and Bike World, specially Kristine was very kind and able to help! I would strongly recommend Bike World to everyone.

Very helpful sales people. On Saturday, we walked in to the store in West Des Moines looking for the bike we'd seen in the ad. They didn't have it but, the salesman quickly called the Urbandale store and they had it. They held it for me until Tuesday when we could come to pick it up.

I bought my trike at Clive in 2024, loved the service! I felt I had a lot of my questions answered and left feeling confident about my new purchase. If anyone is going to invest this much money and time into a product, I would want and expect the quality of sales I received. I did not have the chance to ride much in 2024, but brought the bike for its' year service to Urbandale this past May. I wasn't sure about what to expect in the service appointment, received a text with the information about getting it there in the morning for a same day service. I was driving 2 hours from southwest Iowa and wanted to make the most of my time. I also had some questions about additional items to purchase for the trike...a seat wedge and phone attachment. While I would highly recommend friends and family to purchase from Bike World, I would direct them to Clive or West Des Moines. It may have been a bad day for the staff or since it was a service call they may have assumed I didn't need anything else and would not make a sale. I would ask in the future that if you have a new customer, they may need a little extra time to become informed of the process and what to expect. A friend bought her trike from West Des Moines and she had an excellent experience in service requests and questions.

Bike World always has the best customer service! I'm always welcomed and helped right away. I feel like everyone there really cares about the customer's experience and they are always looking out for what's best for the customer's needs (aka, not trying to upsell unnecessarily). We will continue going to Bike World and recommend it to our friends and family.
