I have been a customer of Bike World for over 40 years! They have always been my neighborhood Bike Shop wherever the location or choose. They always have the best products in a wide ride as well. Your services are outstanding! I was just in the Urbandale store yesterday and Seamus was a great help in picking out Gummies and GU for an upcoming ride this weekend. At one time or another I have worked with a lot of different employees and they all are willing to help whether it be choosing an electric bike or just find some supplements for the warm weather electrolytes, etc. They are the first place I go and I have purchased two or three bikes from them so yes, I would highly recommend this store, especially the Urbandale store because I am more familiar with that one and their great staff! It helps that a lot of their staff also ride so they can give you excellent advice and opinions on services or products or even recommend. Good trails to try out!
