My wife and I ride about 3-4000 miles a year on Trek EMTB's. We travel with them and have explored city and rural bike trails and single tracks over a great part of our country. Kristi and the other techs at Bike World keep them running and tuned up.

The staff at the Urbandale Bike World store were genuinely courteous and knowledgeable on the products they displayed on the showroom floor. They offered great advice on selecting gear for my mountain bike based on my needs. They built and tuned my bike and installed all the aftermarket parts perfectly. They even told me about some great trails to break in my new bike on.

I had an older MTB and ended up looking at a newer one with a trade. The staff at Bike World Urbandale were very professional kind and honest in regards to a trade and what my bike was worth and I respected that. I found a new MTB in the store and they moved my items off my old bike and into the new one as well found a proper kick stand and mount for it. It was ready in no time and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Bike World is a wonderful place to get anything you need for the sport. I've purchased other items there as well from shoes to helmets, lights and more. Very happy Thank you Bike World Mark Ankeny Iowa
