I was having trouble with spokes breaking on the rear wheel of my Cannondale Adventure 3. I brought the bike into Bike world and Khristy took the time to contact Cannondale and they agreed to work with her to re-spoke the rear wheel. While I had to bike in for the repair she offered me the yearly maintenance at a reduced price as well. This is why you buy your bike from a reputable dealer instead of for a reduced price online!
