Well I love the bikes cause… duh! But what really made my time in this store special was Jim!! His professionalism is impeccable, and his knowledge on all the bikes trek makes is beyond impressive. He helped me set up my very first gravel bike! Taught me about the gear that was popular and unpopular within the cycling community, and demonstrated how to accomplish the maintenance and how often to do it. He takes his time with the patrons making sure each individual is helped to the highest standard. Exceptional customer service! Will definitely be coming back with my friends and family. If he isn’t already looking at a promotion you guys better do it now!! He is beyond deserving of one.
