Michael was very helpful in assisting me with choosing my bike. He was very knowledgeable about all the products. So knowledgeable that i let pick my accessories for me. i bought a new Domane Al 4 and other accessories. They installed them while i waited and i was able to take my new bike with me.

Sue was and is a prized jewel at the Trek Store on Laskin Rd. In Virginia Beach. From the time I walked into the store Sue was there to greet me with a smile and within minutes had a bike brought down from the wall as I requested, but it was not the right bike. I showed her my receipt from another store and she had the bike I needed, but was in a box she said it wouldn't be assembled for a day or two. I received a call from her a couple of hours later that it was ready for pickup! She made my day not to mention that ccx of my 11 year old grandson Nate. Unbelievable!

The staff did an excellent job serving my bike. Although I have not had a chance to ride it yet, it looks great--as good as new! On the other hand, the young man who helped me put the bike in the car neglected to remove the front tire so the bike would fit in the car even after numerous hints. Lastly, the handle bar grips were replaced, but the stopper/plug is missing from the right side. What steps do I need to take to to get the right stopper/plug?
