Great staff I have several trek bikes and have them serviced there with high satisfaction I bought a new dual track but the riding position was too aggressive for a geezer like me I bought the bike in northern ba because they had my size I brought it home to va beach and the guys fixed me up with a new handlebar stem that is perfect very happy with va beach trek

Tech took the time to examine my bike closely, explain what definitely was needed and what might be needed after more in-depth investigation. He discussed whether it would make more sense to trade the bike in and get a new one, but was respectful of my desire to keep the bike and make necessary repairs. Prices were fair, and you got me back on the road quickly!
