Quality products and competent service; after my recent service visit, my 4 year old bike runs like it did when it was new. The new adjustable stem they installed needed adjusting before I left with it and the tech did so on the spot, discovering a bad thread in the process; he replaced it in 30 minutes. Tech also confirmed my assessment that I needed a new bottom bracket. I'm very happy, if only it would stop raining.

The technicians at the store are very nice and knowledgeable. I brought in a used Marlin 6 that had seen a lot of riding in Italy and needed to be maintenance. Thankfully the crew was able to get it riding like brand new.

I went to TREK to look for a pair of indoor cycle shoes. They were very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. They made sure I was shown all stock avaliable to me and my fit would be comfortable and satisfactory to my needs. They also attached my cleats so when I left I was all set for class. I would recommend TREK for all of your cycling needs.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Pushed me to the bike that best suited my needs, not the most expensive one. Tried another bike shop and they did not question me about anything and pushed the most expensive model. Very happy with Trek!
