Chris is fantastic. I drove over 2 hours to this store because of the superior service they provide. I've gone to both the VA Beach location and Williamsburg and while they are friendly neither touch Newport News.

Complex rebuild done right. Kogel Speed Kolossus with ceramic T47 BB and Shimano Dura Ace 11-34T cassette installed on my Trek Madone SLR 9 Gen 7. Rides flawlessly and the upgrades function as intended. A job well done
