Brought my bike in for a tune up. Front break was rubbing. The guys fixed it. The tech saw that the chain needed replacing and called me. Excellent communication. Bike rides like a dream after the tune up. Overall great service and communication. The only snag was drop off. I initially called in to see when was the best time to bring it in for a tune up. I was told Sunday. I was not told an appointment was needed at the time of the call. I brought it in on a Sunday and was told I needed to make an appointment. Only snag. Something for the staff to be aware of.
