Great customer service and shop all around! I live more than an hour away, so it's harder for me to get to their shop. I came in 3 hours before close and they squeezed in some repairs for my bike so I wouldn't have to drive back. Plus their weekly group rides and monthly longer group rides look like a real asset to the bike community.
