It was a very rough start trying to figure out what was wrong with my bike, but when he did figure it out I was practically dancing in the store from excitement. I left a very happy customer because your employee went above and beyond his service to make sure I was back out riding my bike. I thank you and my dog thank you she has her own basket and your employee requested a picture of her and her little pink bicycle helmet he thought that was funny.

While Bikekraft carries high end bikes they more importantly have great quality staff and ownership that is felt as soon as you walk through their doors. I recommend Bikekraft to friends, family and patients looking to get on a nice bike or to get their current bike tuned up.
