Timely service, friendly employees, good service

Great people!

You were so helpful to an old lady. If you weren’t so far away from me I would comeback more often. Thank you for sharing all your knowledge with me and helping me get the perfect bike for me

Outstanding customer service; expert advise. Additional expert knowledge about local trails and skill levels. Thanks!!!

They fixed my bike when they said they would and the price was very reasonable.

First time using the Bikers Choice. Great service, really great experience.

Prompt, courteous service, and knowledgeable all things biking.

Friendly and honest. Very helpful and let you know what your diagnosis and price is before proceeding . Would highly recommend hands down

Great customer service. Processional and friendly and did not try to upsell. Thanks for educating us on our new ebikes!

I liked everything about the products and services. From the first phone call to them on everything was great and I wanted to continue working with them. They went out of their way to help and do a great professional job. This is the best bike shop I have worked with in the 30 years I have been biking. They would be my first choice to recommend to everyone.

Prompt friendly service.

I came in with a bad gear cable and instead of making me wait their scheduled 7 days for a repair, they fixed it the same day. And it was only $18. Awesome service!

Already suggested a coworker take his bike to you

Great staff, timely repairs made, good prices.

Friendly and great timely service!

Friendly, knowledgeable and above and beyond

Keith Putnam and his quick turnarounds.

Overall great service as always! The guys there are very knowledgeable and super helpful. We definitely recommend Bikers Choice MJ to others.

Everyone was very helpful and even more friendly when I entered the store. My experience was very pleasant one

The fact that I can talk to the tech guys at counter and watching them work on bikes behind counter and not in some room where you can’t see them working. The techs are great to talk to and very approachable.
