Bikes and Beyond provides one year full service. Within that year I was able to bring the bike in a few times to get minor service repairs and advice. No up-sales, just fellow cyclists helping each other stay on the road and trails.

Thanks for the comfortable and helpful buying experience. We visited other stores and yours before buying the bike. Your store had an appealing and helpful atmosphere. The sales personnel was very helpful setting up the machine to try the bake and helped loading it into our car. We will be back as we purchase accessories for it. I purchased my Electra Cruiser Go a year ago from Bikes & Beyond. We have had excellent service since we purchased the bike. They contacted me in early Spring to remind me of my upcoming complimentary tune-up. We haven't had any negative experiences with the staff.
