This past Saturday was my first time in the store and I was looking for a beginner entry level bike. Maya assisted me - she was super patient and helpful. She let me take 3 bikes for a ride…I came back the next day the store was open and bought it. Jash assisted me that day….equally as friendly, friendly patient and helpful….ill be back.

My son bought a new bike for his daughter and it was a sharp looking well made bike. He then told me that when she gets bigger he is able to trade it back in for a bigger size at half the cost. I thought that was a great idea. His wife is now going to buy one for herself . The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The service was great . Will definitely recommend Bikes & Beyond to my family and friends.
