Product selection is good. However, more important is the high level of service; knowledge, and professionalism I received. He carried himself in a way that showed that he cares, as though it was his business.keep in mind that I was buying an entry level bike, not even a $12,000 pro bike . I will recommend to friends and family. I don’t have Reddit handy but you have my permission to add his name (if he’s ok with it).

The service was awesome and inexpensive, the repair and upgrade was done right seemingly the first time as I have already put the bike through its paces Sunday the 18th of may. The service tech set the expectations right away with how long it may take and got it done sooner which was awesome.

What an excellent shop! Met the staff and was helped right away, by multiple friendly people, of whom had great knowledge of what I needed. After being directed to the parts counter, I had to wait in line for a reasonable amount of time, only to be rewarded with the full attention of the shop worker.
