Bikes and Moore has the most knowledgeable staff and the best customer service of any bike shop within 200 miles. They have an ample supply of bikes and accessories to cover any need. I’ve tried several bike shops, but I have used these guys now for 4 years and would be hard pressed to go anywhere else.

The owner Jimmy and his staff were so helpful as I was looking at mountain bike options that I wanted and that would work for me, this has been a purchase plan since I had retired a few months earlier. The combination of their obvious, expertise in both knowledge and skill base along with their friendliness, care, and help made this a great shopping excursion and led to a bike that seems tailor made for me. We had a great experience at shop today. We dropped in for some help with a cross threaded bolt. The crew took the bike back straight away and had us fixed up in no time despite having several other projects in work. Thank you for taking good care of us every time we come to the shop.
