I love that it was greeted with a smile. I asked a question and was asked to bring my bike right in. It was for 2 broken spokes. Gentleman said 15 mins would you like to wait? Sure thing! Cost was good the service was great and the company was even better!!

Each staff member has been extremely helpful and willing to “go the extra mile” to help me pack and ship my electric bike to Washington, DC. Ian has personally come to my house twice first to fix then pick up bike for shipping.
