Bikes Unlimited repaired my adult son’s bike, replacing two seriously damaged wheels and tuning for less cost than I could have bought lower quality wheels online and done the work myself. And it was done in a few days on my timetable. What more could I ask. Bill

They are very knowledgeable and ready to serve you. I took my bike in to be overhauled, and got the 2nd level one which required taking the bike apart. My bike was ready for pickup in 5 days. They also had to fix the gears.

Personal service and attention to details. Felipe and Andreas listened to what I hoped to achieve (getting me & grands on bikes on trails) and helped me choose the best bike rack for me, then serviced our bikes so they are safe and sparkling. They helped me learn how to use the bike rack (they have a hitch installed in their wall so you can actually put hands on the racks and experience putting a bike on it!) great experience.

The staff is always friendly and approachable. They never hesitate to take the time to discuss my needs even when it is clear they are getting slammed. I’ve never felt rushed and they provide really good insight and advice based on my individual needs, not just generic recommendations. It is great to have such a wonderful bicycle shop locally and I plan to continue supporting them as much as I can!

Excellent service provided by Filipe. He was able to diagnose the problem with my daughter’s bike quickly. He got a hold of a used part when the new part was on back order. It was installed quickly and it was done excellently.
