The shop was very friendly (bonus for purring shop cat!). They had three different e-bikes ready for me to test ride. They gave me lots of information about the bikes and covered details like properly storing the battery during the winter. Happy to have purchased my first ebike with BikeWise!

Doug is great, very fair pricing. I came in for a bike fit adjustment (he did the original fit and I had made some changes to the bike) - the adjustments he did made a huge difference in my comfort on the bike, and he charged a very reasonable amount rather than a full refit. He also fixed the problem I was having with my shifter. Highly recommend this shop!
