Rosie and Kate are fantastic teachers. I leave Rosie's class feeling like I've had a full body workout. Kate's approach is more relaxed but just as effective. Staff are brilliant...always smiling, always interested, always helpful.
Bikram has been amazing for my mental health: I feel mentally stronger, more confident, and am a calmer person since I started this practice.
I enjoy the classes and regularly recommend it to my work colleagues. The only thing I hope would change is if there were no chatting in the yoga room before class starts. I just find it difficult to relax and meditate when groups of people are socializing.
Convenient location, good parking, instructors walk around the room and observe the class rather than doing the exercises themselves. Good facilities, however, small lockers for car keys, wallets and phones would be an improvement.
