- The instructors (I’ve attended with 3 or 4 different ones) have all been enthusiastic and welcoming, seem to give very good instruction; they all make it enjoyable — even when you think you’re about to die. ;-)
- All classes acknowledge beginners or people returning after an absence and make appropriate recommendations — hopefully the regulars don’t mind. Never feels competitive.

It's focused, I like the well thought out routines, I like being able to see my form in the mirror as it helps me self-correct instead of relying on a teacher. I am a yoga teacher myself, so seeing myself is a plus! I don't sweat easily, so sweating, being one of the best ways to detox is AWESOME!
