It was my first time going to this studio and the first time in a long time that I worked out. I loved the class and the instructor was great! I felt good leaving class and look forward to coming back.
The Hot HIIT classes are great, always. Those are the ones that I take. They start on time, end on time, and are a fantastic workout.
The workout room is large and clean. The acoustics are great. The temp is perfect.
The only thing that would be a bit better (although this doesn't impact whether or not I attend) is if there was more room in the women's locker room. And maybe the cubicles in the front could be moved back toward the studio to prevent backup by the entrance. Other than that it's a great facility and the instructors are great. The website interface is easy as well in terms of checking out the schedule, booking classes, etc.
Friends of mine have been suggesting that i try yoga for years, but i just never got around to it. This past weekend, i tried my first yoga class ever at Bikram Yoga Rye. I have to admit, I was definitely a bit intimidated at first but Claire welcomed me in and made all of my apprehensions go away. She was fantastic! The 90 minute class was challenging but with her help, I MADE IT THROUGH! I will definitely be returning on a regular basis. Highly recommend.
