Jackie and Bill have been reliable, responsive and very professional. Over the ten years we worked them them, we bought and sold two homes and had multiple tenants in our rental property. The last property sale we performed remotely from Canada, Bill was taking care of all the legal issues and we could close the deal without being physically in the US. I highly recommend the Fergusons!

I have moved around in 10 states and 17 houses. With that said, Bill and Jackie are by far the beat realtors I have ever worked with! They were easy and wonderful to work with. This transaction was a tricky one and delayed multiple times over a 6 week period at no fault of Bill and Jackie. If it wasn't for Bill and Jackie's due diligence, I am affaid we still would not have closed! They really worked hard to make sure this sale kept moving in the right direction. They are very knowledgable and great resources. I would definitely recommend them to everyone and if I have another hime in Michigan, I will be sure to have them by my side in the next transaction!!
