Knowledgeable staff that stands behind product. My son’s bike’s grips needed to be replaced and they were able to select an appropriate color & product since the original is not available. It’s great that I don’t have to try to figure it out on my own and then second guess myself. Plus they fixed everything else that had been needing tuning up, per their policy. And for what we paid for that bike, for an 8-year-old?…that’s a huge comfort.

The people are the best! They worked with my grandson in the best possible way. His first bicycle at age eleven. Gave him the confidence to ride an adult extra small bike as his first bicycle. The beginner tips were soo helpful to just get on it the first time. Thank you to the amazing staff.
