I couldn't decide on a bike. I was undecided between 3 different bikes. The employees were very nice and took their time explaining all the pluses and potential cons of each one and they even talked me out of one of the more expensive models as they listened to my needs and what I was using for and they said that was not what I needed. I really appreciated they didn't upsell me on the most expensive shiny thing in the store and they were honest and upfront I bought a bike and alot of accessories because of it. The most thing I liked was they never pushed me to buy anything or rushed me I went 3 different days asking about different bikes models and accessories and never once made me feel like I was a bother or taking too much time. I bought a catrike e max and I was told 2 to 3 weeks for it to arrive or be built but they got it in a week and built it the next day and we were able to pick it up the same day of it being built. The associates also helped adjust all the bike handles, boon and rest to a more comfortable placement to be perfect.
