I literally waited for the last minute to get my father an adult tricycle for his birthday. They had 3 in stock but already sold the floor model, but i needed it that they. The tech dropped what he was doing and immediately began assembling the bike. They even stayed beyond their closing time to get it done. They did an outstanding job and the people were super friendly and helpful. They have a wide selection of bikes, for all types of riders, but in particular, if you are looking for an adult tricycle- this is the place to go! Thanks guys and happy riding!!!!

I went in to purchase a couple items for my bike and ended up resolving an issue that I had with a piece of equipment that I had purchased 8 months ago that I was not happy with. The associate that helped me was beyond amazing! I've purchased everything from my bike to all the accessories to go with it from this store and will continue to do so because of the great staff!

Spring Hill Trek Store is the ONLY local Trek Shop that greets you & gives individual attention the minute you walk in the door! They make you feel like family! We have used other Trek Dealerships in the past, even drove all the way to Orlando and Clermont to get service, and shop for accessories. But traveling that distance for service will come to a stop now! The service Department here goes above and beyond to make sure your bike is given the utmost care, respect & attention! No matter whether it a simple chain cleaning, brake adjustment, wheel alignment or something more serious! They always have a fully stocked accessories department, and will installed everything they sell, quickly and expertly! They give freely sound & unbiased professional advice, questions and suggestions before you make a final decision on your purchase! Maintenance/ Service fees are very reasonable and every job performed is easily and thoroughly explained on a “down to earth” level! Even though I’m not a professional cyclist, when I walk through the doors at Spring Hill Trek, I’m made to feel like I am! Having this store and the staff there to assist with my cycling needs, I truly feel like I won First Place at the Tour de France!
