I have a Raleigh 21 speed bicycle that is obsolete- TREK installed THREE tubes in my rear tire, trying different approaches to make it NOT GO FLAT- (no new rim option available-) Finally inserted a larger tube- SO FAR SO GOOD- Their patience reminds me of customer care from a bygone era when vendors did actually CARE. I literally waited for the last minute to get my father an adult tricycle for his birthday. They had 3 in stock but already sold the floor model, but i needed it that they. The tech dropped what he was doing and immediately began assembling the bike. They even stayed beyond their closing time to get it done. They did an outstanding job and the people were super friendly and helpful. They have a wide selection of bikes, for all types of riders, but in particular, if you are looking for an adult tricycle- this is the place to go! Thanks guys and happy riding!!!!

I went in to purchase a couple items for my bike and ended up resolving an issue that I had with a piece of equipment that I had purchased 8 months ago that I was not happy with. The associate that helped me was beyond amazing! I've purchased everything from my bike to all the accessories to go with it from this store and will continue to do so because of the great staff!
