Love the group fitness classes, in particular cardio dance, step, low impact fitness! Sadie, Jeryl, Christey, Mary Beth, Julie... everybody just rocks and makes the workouts fun!

I love the pool and the variety of classes offered. I wish there were more weight machines for legs, biceps and triceps. There are plenty for back and shoulders though. Also, it gets pretty crowded in the weight room at times. It would be nice if there were a little more room and more variety. But overall, it's very nice.
Great staff and members. Not too crowded. Can always get a machine without a long wait. Jay's Tai Chi class is relaxed and helps me to feel much better.
There is something for everyone. From maintaining strength and vitality as an aging person and from recovering from injury to just trying to be the strongest athlete ever! there are many programs that invite the community Inn. The people who work at the Y are friendly and supportive. It is a fantastic place and I recommended.
I basically only do hydro aerobics and I wish there were more classes at different times of the day. Aside from that I do Cardio Dance and of course wish there were more classes for that as well. Both activities are taught by excellent instructors and are fun fun fun. That’s what keeps me coming back.
